  1. First attempt is to offer a better process for intubation with Atraumatic intubation process.

  2. Position determination on first X-Ray radiograph of chest

  3. Reposition and tie (secure) the ETT

  4. Be able to access both lung fields with ease

  5. Offer immediate diagnosis and finding of patient lung based foreign material (Bactrial, Viral, or Michoplasma pnuemonia

  6. Responsible and help to decrease time and cost of stay in ICU

  7. indirectly help to offer more ICU beds

  8. Indirectly offer the health providers more time to care and or research
